This article is causing A LOT of issues with the trance lovers in the D.C metropolitan area. Including me! I of course had my say and this is what I stated…

I remember when Gareth played dubstep at ASOT… lol pfft Its a fucking Trance Podcast, get that shit out of there &although it annoys me when djs experiment with other edm genres, doesn’t mean that trance is dead. Trance has millions of fans from all over the world who are absolutely dedicated and are loving to the music. There are sooo many djs who love trance so much as well they stick to it 100% like for example Arnej ♥ Everyone sub genres trance under Armin, ATB, A&B, Ferry, and Markus. If someone big experiments with dubstep or house, everyone thinks trance will be over with and its not. People need to stop being so damn ignorant and expand their knowledge of trance and listen to the other 100’s of djs out there. TRANCE IS ALIVE and STRONG! Trance is so fascinating and huge in Europe and South America and that’s why there is always trance djs in the top 10 on djmag 100. Fuck the mainstream djs who switch for the $$$ like Tiesto. This debate is so dumb. I will forever listen to trance even when i’m 150 years old walking with a cane with my back hunched. Best believe I’ll listen to it. My little sister loves it, my kids will love it, my grandkids will love it and trance better be played at my funeral when I die because you will be disrespecting me if you don’t. Just because trance isn’t as big as house or dubstep doesn’t mean its fading and its TOTALLY NOT a fad. I’m glad trance isn’t as popular in America. I wouldn’t want a bunch of hip hop and pop singers ruining what I love. Trance is so euphoric. If you actually LISTENED to the music, you will feel the music rush in you’re veins. You will have your mind escaped and you will feel like you’re in heaven. Its magical. The best genre in the world. Only trance gives me goosebumps and can make me feel so wonderful. The only edm genre that you don’t need drugs for to fall into. Trance will NEVER be dead. &I can claim that for all the millions of dedicated trance fans out there. So fuck this question.”
hahah btw for those who like to over analyze everything that I say and call me “small minded” because I get mad at trance djs who “experiment” lol I’m open minded but that shit is annoying. Mainly when they do it on podcast’s that are specifically for trance. If I listen to cycles radio or tatw, I’m listening because I want to listen to trance. Not house. Not dubstep. Not D&B. nothing but trance. I don’t want to hear wub wub wub robotic sounds when I’m listening to trance. That’s nonsense.
